Resolver Dummy Signal Generator  [DT-1010]
The DT-1010 generates resolver signals in response to input signals for the angle of rotation (digital/analog) and excitation.
 
Overview
The DT-1010 generates S1-S3 (COS) and S2-S4 (SIN) dummy resolver output signals in response to angle information output by the DT-1025 virtual motor and resolver excitation signals (R1-R2) output by the controller.
Angle information can be input with either digital signals or analog signals *1
The controller can control motors with the digital angle information obtained after receiving and R/D-converting the dummy resolver signals generated by the DT-1010.
 
Within the MOTOR-HILS realtime simulator, the angle information (signals) output by the DT-1025 is output externally from the DI-2746 DI/O board and connected to the angle input connector D/O of the DT-1010. The angle information input via the D/O connector is compared against COS and SIN tables so as to drive the D/A converter. Resolver signals S1-S3 and S2-S4 are generated by multiplying the COS and SIN D/A outputs for the excitation signal and angle information from the controller.
